Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a qualified technician to maintain, repair, and enhance machinery used in food manufacturing. The role focuses on electrical and control systems, handling both hardware and software to ensure efficient production operations.

Responsibilities include documenting systems, diagnosing issues with Electro-Mechanics, coordinating across shifts, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and associated

Qualifications

AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
High school/military training with practical maintenance experience.
Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens and Mitsubishi software preferred.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control system documentation.

Responsibilities

Maintain current documentation for all electrical and control systems.
Assist Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics in diagnosing and resolving electrical or control issues.
Capacitate and coordinate Electro-Mechanical activities across shifts as needed.
Occasionally work offsite to support equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
Ensure equipment maintenance aligns with production schedule and vendor specs.
Perform preventive, scheduled or corrective maintenance on processing controls including networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical components.
