Aerotek is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician with an electrical focus for a night-shift role in Pulaski, TN. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a range of industrial equipment within a plastics manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFD systems. You will work with Siemens controls and CMMS SAP to document activity and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in multi-craft maintenance with a strong electrical focus.
• Hands-on diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Ability to change out motors and perform electrical/mechanical installation and alignment.
• Skilled with hydraulics and pneumatics in a plant environment.
• Experience working with 480-volt systems and high voltage safety protocols.
• Proficient with reading blueprints/electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on motors, gearboxes, pumps, belts, and bearings.
• Install, align, and wire motors; repair gearboxes and pumps as needed.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Read electrical drawings and schematics to support installations and repairs.
• Work with hydraulics/pneumatics for cylinders, valves, hoses, and related parts.
• Utilize multimeters and diagnostic tools to verify voltages and test circuits.
• Document work performed and parts used in CMMS systems like SAP.
