Grainger is seeking a Night Shift Distribution Center Supervisor in the United States to lead inbound operations, ensure accurate receipt and order fulfillment, and optimize resources in a high-volume center.

You will manage up to 3 salaried supervisors and direct leadership for up to 100 teammates, driving continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence while ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, or Operations.
• 3+ years of progressive management in a high-volume, multi-shift operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving and put-away operations.
• Manage up to 3 salaried supervisors and indirect leadership for up to 100 teammates.
• Analyze performance data and drive process improvements using LEAN/Six Sigma.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
• Lead employee engagement, training, evaluations, and recognition.
