Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert in Washington to support guest service and store operations on the General Merchandise team. You will help ensure products are in stock, correctly priced, and readily available while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and prepared for flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Training is provided with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other tech.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Stay focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks.
