The Swan Food Company is seeking a maintenance technician for night shift in a food manufacturing environment. The role involves maintenance on production equipment, adherence to food safety rules, and quick repairs to minimize downtime.

Starting pay is $33.50 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and a path for advancement.

Qualificações

• Reading and interpreting safety documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Minimum 0–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to complete work orders and enter paperwork in a computer.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machines.
• Follow food safety rules and use proper cleaning procedures.
• Handle emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts and tools inventory.
• Work safely following OSHA regulations and keep area clean.
