Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in Indian and US hiring & operations processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
• Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO and maintain professional communication.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Conduct online research and provide insights/reports as needed.
• Schedule and host interview calls with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
