Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an EVS Associate for Banner Del Webb Medical Center. The role involves cleaning patient rooms and hospital areas, handling medical waste, and restocking supplies. The job is full-time with nights (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and requires weekend/holiday rotations.

This position includes a flat $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18% night shift differential when applicable. Prior hospital experience is not required, but familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication with staff and patients.
• Able to read and follow safety data sheets and instructions for cleaning chemicals.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms and assigned areas to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Empties hampers, trash, and medical waste in accordance with procedures.
• Restock supplies such as tissue, towels, and soap in all areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report repairs needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
