Job summary

The House Supervisor at Loma Linda University Health oversees clinical, administrative and staffing needs for LLUMC‑Murrieta during nights, weekends and holidays. They direct patient placement, admissions, transfers and discharges and serve as the on-site leadership resource for staff and management.

Required: BSN; Master's preferred; at least five years supervisory experience in acute care; ICU or emergency nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years supervisory/charge experience in acute care.
• Two years house supervisor experience preferred.
• ICU or emergency nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative and financial leadership during night shifts.
• Direct patient placement, throughput, admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate code blue and rapid response as needed.
• Ensure policy adherence and optimal use of hospital resources.
