Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.
• Experience coaching or leading teams.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift.
• Dependable and committed to working evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant through the evening shift with confidence and urgency.

Night Shift Hospitality Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced, dependable leader who thrives during evening operations and enjoys developing people while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Our Evening Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading the restaurant through our busiest hours, coaching team members, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a remarkable experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, creating structure in a fast-paced environment, and helping young team members grow both personally and professionally.

Schedule

• Primarily evening shifts (approximately 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Five shifts per week
• Saturday availability is required
• Flexible scheduling and reasonable time-off requests

What You'll Do

• Lead the restaurant through the evening shift with confidence and urgency.
