Job summary

Chick-fil-A restaurant in Germany is seeking Font of House Team Members to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

As a Team Member you will create a welcoming guest experience, take orders, prepare beverages and meals to Chick-fil-A standards, keep the dining area clean, and collaborate with Leaders to maintain hospitality and speed.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Consistency and reliability.
• Positive and coachable attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and friendly guest experience.
• Smile, maintain eye contact, and communicate enthusiastically with guests.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and meals according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Work effectively with other Team Members and Leaders.
• Help ensure speed, accuracy, and hospitality standards are met.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
• Complete assigned tasks with urgency and attention to detail.
• Be willing to learn multiple positions within the Front of House.
• Other duties as assigned.
