Qualifications

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two-year business degree preferred.
• ServSafe certification may be required.
• 1 year supervising experience in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Back-up Store Manager responsibilities including recruiting, training, and performance reviews.
• Decide staff scheduling and assignments.
• Resolve customer questions and complaints.
• Ensure policy compliance across departments.
• Coordinate QA audits and mystery shop follow-ups.
• Maintain hospitality standards and store cleanliness.
• Oversee end-of-day tasks and merchandising.
• Assist profit controls including shrink, stock, vendors.
