Sheetz is seeking an assistant manager of hospitality to oversee a best-in-class customer experience in our stores. You will support the Store Manager with recruitment, training and coaching while ensuring hospitality standards are met and policies are followed.

You’ll manage inventory, promotions, service and sales, and step in for the Store Manager when needed to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year business degree preferred.
• Experience supervising in fast food or retail preferred; certification testing may be required.
• ServeSafe certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Back-up the Store Manager on recruitment, selection, training and performance
• Participate in staffing decisions and scheduling
• Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns
• Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies and procedures
• Coordinate with QA audits, secret shops and surveys
• Maintain hospitality standards and customer experience
• Oversee end-of-day tasks and merchandising
• Lead profit management, shrink, stock audits and promotions
