Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare office setting preferred.
• Medical terminology, strong verbal and written communication, organization, and critical thinking.
• Proficiency with common office software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as hospital 'Command Center' coordinating staffing and patient placement.
• Enters, maintains, and archives data across multiple software platforms.
• Identifies and communicates problems to Nursing leadership; prioritizes safe resource use.
• Creates and distributes ad-hoc reports on management requests.
• Balances requests with resources under deadlines and conflicting priorities.
