Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work in a healthcare environment.
• Completion of phlebotomy program or applicable experience.
• Phlebotomy certification required by state regulations.
• DHS fingerprinting certification or eligibility may be required.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens and ensure patient identity.
• Enter demographics, tests, and collection data into the computer system.
• Label, process, and prepare samples for transport and testing.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards; assist with multiple locations.
