Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• DHS Fingerprinting Certification may be required.
• Valid state driver's license and eligibility for company auto coverage.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations for mobile/in-office phlebotomy.
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt biological specimens into the department.
• Enter data into the company computer system accurately.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to analytic areas.
• Perform specified analytical testing per guidelines and standards.
• Follow Code of Conduct and regulatory/ accreditation requirements.
