Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
• Enter specimens into the company computer system accurately.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to the proper area.
• Perform pre- and post-analytical testing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
