• Graduate of ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a BS degree in Pharmacy.

• Complies with all state and federal regulations in pharmaceutical care and medication management.
• Review and verification of all medications prior to dispensing; assess allergies, polypharmacy, interactions, and clinical appropriateness.
• Oversee dispensing, chain of custody, and accountability of controlled substances.
• Adhere to USP 795, 797, and 800 standards for sterile and nonsterile compounding and hazardous drugs.
• Oversee ancillary personnel and ensure safe medication practices per guidelines.
