Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacist to dispense prescriptions and monitor medication therapy in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards. Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
