Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution and clinical services. The role emphasizes safe and effective medication use, in alignment with regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates have an APCE-accredited degree (or equivalent) with a BS in Pharmacy and 1–2 years of hospital pharmacy experience; NJ pharmacist license is required, and EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APCE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.
• 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of principles of USP 795, 797, and 800.
• EPIC experience.
• NJ Licensed Registered Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution and clinical services.
• Dispense and monitor medication therapy in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Ensure safe and effective utilization of medications.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
