Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License required.
• AHA BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrates ability to provide patient care appropriate to the age of patients served.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compound and dispense medications per established procedures.
• Review prescriptions and obtain clarifications.
• Analyze drug therapy and coordinate with medical staff to ensure quality care.
• Provide patient care across neonatal to geriatric ages.
• Serve as a medication consultant for healthcare professionals.
