Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Georgia is seeking a licensed pharmacist for an overnight 7 on 7 off position. The role covers distribution, compounding and patient-focused medication therapy across infant to geriatric patients, with supervision of technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Candidates must graduate from an ACPE-accredited program and hold a Georgia pharmacist license. Hospital experience is preferred but not required, with emphasis on competency and ongoing professional

Competenze

• Overnight shift scheduling experience is not required but there may be shift pattern constraints.
• Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Performs distribution, documentation and compounding related to drugs and equipment to meet patient and staff needs.
• Reviews, compounds, dispenses and monitors medication therapy across age groups; ensures dosing, nutrition and disease state considerations are addressed.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and monitors orders filled by auxiliary personnel; maintains competency and ongoing professional development.
