Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelor's or higher in Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Georgia (PHARMD) upon hire.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distributes, documents and compounds drugs, solutions and equipment for patient care.
• Reviews, dispenses and monitors medication therapy for all age groups.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and ensures competency.
• Provides patient-focused clinical activities to optimize medication therapy.
