Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join the team on a 7on/7off night schedule. Required: Graduate from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD or higher and Georgia licensure on hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
• Bachelor's or higher in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed pharmacist in Georgia (PHARMD) on hire.

Responsibilities

• Distributes, documents, and compounds medications and related equipment to meet patient and staff needs.
• Reviews, compounds, dispenses and monitors medication therapy across all age groups.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and ensures accurate order processing by staff.
• Performs patient-focused clinical activities to provide optimal medication therapy.
