Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning, buffing and bonneting procedures in assigned areas.
• Performs striping and waxing of floors and surfaces as assigned.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, safe and orderly environment for health care providers as well as patients and visitors of all ages and developmental levels.
• Operates equipment safely and proficiently for daily and project floor care.
• Identifies and reports maintenance and security problems to appropriate personnel.
• Performs unplanned cleaning functions in response to spills or accidents.
• Logs and tracks maintenance of all equipment and reports any broken equipment.
• Assists in special projects, new construction turnover, room refresh, etc.
