Job summary

Unity-Hospice is seeking a Float B Registered Nurse for the NOC shift in Green Bay, WI. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) covers Triage, Unity Hospice Residence, and Community patients, with the Residence as home base. Expect two 12-hour shifts weekly, every other weekend, and occasional on-call and holidays per year.

You will assess and manage patient care, educate families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Requires WI RN license and Driver’s license.

Qualifications

• RN license in WI required.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Valid WI driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing assessment and intervention.
• Update care plans with patient and family.
• Respond to urgent patient/family needs with triage staff.
• Administer and titrate medications per orders.
• Record orders in EMR and follow up as needed.
• Delegate nursing duties to LPN and supervise CNA.
