Job summary

Unity Hospice WI is seeking a Float B Registered Nurse for the NOC shift to cover Triage, Unity Hospice Residence, and Community patients. You will collaborate with primary care and interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality patient care.

The position is part-time (0.6 FTE), 24 hours weekly, with two 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Expect every-other weekend, on-call duties, and 1–2 holidays per year as you support hospice services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; RN license to practice in WI.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
• Must maintain confidentiality and exercise sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing assessment and intervention.
• Update care plans and review with patient/family.
• Respond to urgent needs in collaboration with triage staff.
• Initiate crisis care as needed.
• Document orders in EMR and follow up.
