Job summary

Unity Hospice WI is seeking a Float B Registered Nurse for the NOC shift. This full-time, 0.8 FTE role (32 hours per week) covers four 8-hour overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every-other-weekend coverage and potential weekend expansion as staffing allows.

Home base is the Hospice Residence, with on-call duties (10–15 shifts/year) and 1–2 holidays. You will provide assessments, symptom management, and med administration across Residence, Triage, and Community settings, coordinating

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; RN license in state of practice.
• Valid WI Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments and symptom management per plan of care.
• Respond to urgent needs with telephone triage and crisis support.
• Administer medications; coordinate refills and education on progression.
• Delegate to LPNs and CNAs; communicate with interdisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, orders, and care in the EMR.
