Job summary

Unity Hospice in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse - Float B to provide skilled nursing care across Admissions, Hospital, or Community settings, with 36 hours weekly and variable shifts.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage medications, update care plans, and support patients and families through disease progression and crisis care. Unity offers strong benefits, professional growth, and Nurse Fellowship Residency support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RN license in state of practice required.
• Valid WI Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing assessment and intervention.
• Update plan of care and review with patient/family.
• Respond to urgent patient/family needs with triage team.
• Administer and titrate medications per orders.
• Record orders in EMR and follow up as needed.
• Delegate to LPN and supervise CNA.
