Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, LLC in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Hopper Utility to unload and load pellets into the hopper, supporting food safety, quality, and production standards. The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, strong teamwork, clear communication, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load pellets into the hopper to meet production needs.
• Inspect product quality and packaging and report issues.
• Accurately record production data in the system.
• Notify when production supplies are needed.
• Cover for teammates during breaks or absences.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain zero-accident culture.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure Food Safety programs are followed.
• Assist with other tasks to support team and company goals.
