Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Hopper Utility to unload and load pellets, supporting safety, quality, and production standards. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with some Saturdays as needed.

You will inspect product quality, record data, and communicate needs to maintain smooth production while collaborating with a diverse team and upholding food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load pellets into the hopper to meet production needs and specifications.
• Inspect product quality and packaging; notify supervisor of issues.
• Accurately record production data in the system.
• Communicate when production supplies are needed to keep operations flowing.
• Support teammates by covering for breaks or absences.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a zero-accident culture.
