Job summary

PAM Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories LLC, located in Richland, WA, is looking for a Histology Team Lead. The candidate will perform various histology-related tasks, including IHC and special stains, and will ensure the delivery of quality patient care by processing specimens accurately.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of histology experience. Desired skills include strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with laboratory procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years Histology Experience.
• Familiar with routine histology procedures and equipment.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Perform IHC and special stains within Histology department.
• Process human tissue and body fluid specimens for microscopic exam.
• Operate and maintain manual and automated instruments.
