Job summary

PAML a Labcorp Company is seeking a Histotechnician to join the Richland, WA team. The role involves processing human tissue samples, preparing slides, and performing immunohistochemical tests to support accurate diagnostic results.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in a chemical/biological science or clinical laboratory science, with experience in histology and IHC; ASCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.
• 3 months or more Histology experience preferred; similar for Immunohistochemistry.
• Histology certification (ASCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process tissue and body fluid specimens for microscopic examination.
• Produce histopathology slides from embedded tissue using microtomy and mounting techniques.
• Perform immunohistochemical tests on FFPE tissue sections.
