Job summary

Standard Construction Company, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a maintenance technician to join our field team. You will maintain heavy equipment, diagnose problems, and perform repairs on diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems while upholding safety protocols.

Two-year college or technical certificate is preferred, with extensive hands-on experience in truck and heavy equipment maintenance. You will work in a team, report to supervision, and support efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical certificate preferred.
• Extensive experience in truck and heavy equipment maintenance and repair, incl. diesels, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Able to work in a safety-focused, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heavy construction equipment and perform repairs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair, rebuild, and maintain engines and sub-assemblies.
• Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose defects and ensure safety.
• Follow safety policies and procedures in all tasks.
• Assist with record keeping and parts usage on required forms.
