Job summary

CRH is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain construction equipment including trucks, batch plants, paving machines, and related systems. You will diagnose issues, replace faulty parts, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring a safe, clean work area.

This role requires the ability to work nights or weekends as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred and at least 5 years in mechanics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots problems and performs durable repairs.
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists and hand tools.
• Maintains and repairs heavy equipment and trucks across the site.
• Performs preventive maintenance and services vehicles/equipment.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts and tests performance.
