AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a Night Shift Staffing Clerk to support nursing leadership by updating staffing sheets, printing and faxing schedules, and coordinating with agencies to ensure adequate coverage. You will communicate census changes and staffing needs to units in a timely manner.

This full-time role requires strong computer skills, reliability, and excellent customer service. A High School diploma is preferred; 5+ years of healthcare experience can substitute for a degree.

• Provides staffing support to nursing administrators and staff by updating staffing sheets and scheduling programs.
• Maintains communication with nursing units about census, acuity, and staff availability.
• Distributes staff fairly under nursing supervision and coordinates with agencies.
• Maintains staffing data in the computerized system and handles time/attendance adjustments.
• Supports quality initiatives and performance improvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
