Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking staff for a full-time night shift role in the nursing support/environmental services space. The incumbent maintains an organized nursing station, conducts rounds every two hours, and ensures bedside items and equipment are properly managed.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv is required.
• 1+ healthcare / customer service experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency is required to perform tasks and use nursing systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, welcoming environment in the nursing station and perform environmental rounds every 2 hours.
• Monitor PALS and BEDBOARD; notify the primary nurse of orders and results every 30 minutes and discrepancies every 2 hours.
• Assist with telemetry lead placement, patient room setup, and patient transport; serve as a resource on order entry.
