• Must have a safe driving record and must be able to meet company insurance requirements.
• Indoor and outdoor environment with standing and walking; exposed to extreme weather and exhaust fumes.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, including coaching and all disciplinary action.
• Assigns specific job sites and enforces proper parking assignments.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and ensures that operations run smoothly and properly.
• Oversees public relation issues with guests.
• Records employee attendance and tracks attendance according to company policy.
