Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set priorities for the team, drive results across boundaries, foster an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
• Supervise activities of product teams or staff in a manufacturing area.
• Assess personnel and material levels to determine production schedules.
• Assign personnel and monitor work flow in the manufacturing facility.
• Establish policies and coordinate functions to meet schedules with quality and cost objectives.
• Ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and the environment.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks and respond to problems beyond standard practices.
• Communicate quality messages to the factory daily and own EDI performance.
