Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient manufacturing performance across night shift and weekend areas
• Coordinate handoffs between day, night, and swing shifts for staffing and lot prioritization
• Maintain floor presence to identify issues and drive improvement
• Promote safety culture through hazard identification and risk reduction
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and EHS regulations
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, planning, and procurement
• Own work instructions and training records for standardized work
• Coach and develop ~12 operators with regular feedback and performance management
