Job summary

Intel is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager/Shift Group Leader for the NM Die Sort team in New Mexico. You will lead a group of Compressed Work Week technicians on Shift 4 (three 12.5-hour shifts plus a fourth shift every other week) with Sundays through Tuesdays 7:00 PM–7:30 AM and alternating Saturdays.

Focus on safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with engineering and production to meet ramp and output goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in an exempt factory-based role at Intel, or 5+ years in semiconductor wafer fabrication/operations.
• Experience as a people manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians overseeing operations, maintenance, and repair.
• Own safety, quality, scheduling, and staff relations.
• Develop resource plans for maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability.
• Manage shift schedules, training, and overtime in a compressed work week.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture while ensuring policy adherence.
