Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Grinding Operator for the 3rd shift (10-hour days, 6pm-4am, Monday to Thursday plus overtime) in Shawano. The role involves grinding iron castings to specifications, operating robots and grinders, and performing wheel changes.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience in manufacturing, foundry, metals or related field.

• High School Diploma (GED works program available).
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and move up to 60lbs.
• Basic math and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités
