Charter Casting in Shawano, WI is hiring for a Night Shift Production Grinding Operator. You will grind iron castings to specifications using robots, hand grinders, and stationary grinders; operate wheel changes; and record data and paperwork.

We offer full-time hours on a 10-hour night shift (6pm–4am, Monday–Thursday with overtime), a $25.25/hour base pay plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits within 31 days, and growth opportunities in a safety‑driven, family‑owned environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, foundry, metals, or related field.
• High School Diploma (GED available).
• Ability to push, pull, lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
