Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to perform welding, packaging, line setup, and material movement using forklifts and overhead cranes. Prior operator experience is a plus. The role includes quality inspection to ensure product standards are met.

Starting pay is $21.00+ per hour, with potential raises within the first two years. The schedule is 3-2-2-3 on Day Shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED not required to start—company offers GED program.
• Experience as a machine operator is a plus.
• Welding, packaging, line setup and material movement with forklifts/overhead cranes.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding and packaging lines safely.
• Set up lines and move materials with forklifts/overhead cranes.
• Conduct quality inspections and respond to issues.
