Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager for a 4-day work week, leading the night shift with a focus on guest experience and profitability.

You’ll coach a large team, manage labor, food, and paper costs, and drive performance bonuses while working 4 shifts starting at 4:45 PM. This role offers a competitive salary, appreciation pay, and growth opportunities in a fast-growing QSR company.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of management experience in Restaurant/Hospitality
• Proven coaching track record and team development
• Strong communication and customer service focus
• Able to handle a fast-paced night-shift environment

• Strengthen teamwork, ensure gold-standard customer service, and manage the P&L (labor, food, and paper costs)
