Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. You will coach a large team, drive customer service excellence, and own the P&L for labor, food, and paper costs.

The role features a 4-day work week, shifts starting at 4:45 PM, 3 days off, and performance bonuses plus meal benefits. Competitive pay with additional monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
