Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Security Protective Operations Center Operator for the night shift to support the global 24/7 monitoring and incident response team. This role coordinates incident logistics, supports security officers, and serves as the point of contact for area facilities.

Responsibilities include incident investigation, reporting, coordinating with first responders, and ensuring awareness of security operations across SpaceX facilities, including Hawthorne headquarters and satellite

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in global security operations center (GSOC) or corporate security, or 2+ years of law enforcement or military experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Investigate incidents thoroughly, coordinate information gathering with responding security personnel, and create accurate and timely incident reports.
Notifying and coordinating with onsite first responders, stakeholders and local law enforcement during any incident/emergency.
Monitor, analyze, and report on daily global incidents that may impact SpaceX employees or offices, and elevate accordingly to security management and stakeholders.
Monitor access control alarms, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems; dispatch resources to investigate anomalies.
Prioritize and process all incoming security reports and requests via radio, phone, and tickets; track shift activity.
