Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Security Analyst to join the Security Operations Center in Hawthorne, CA. You will analyze threats, triage detections, and respond to incidents impacting SpaceX systems and data.

You will collaborate with engineers to improve detection capabilities, perform incident response, and enhance security across endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructure. On-site role with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, information technology, or other STEM discipline; OR 2+ years in information security.
• Experience with OS auditing for Linux/Windows/macOS.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, and remediate security detections and anomalies in the SpaceX SOC.
• Investigate security incidents from detection to root cause.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to secure systems against future attacks.
