Job summary

Tyson Foods – Tyson of Rogers Plant in Rogers, Arkansas, is hiring for a 3rd shift general labor position. Schedule is 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday with possible Saturdays.

Pay starts at $16.70 per hour plus a daily incentive for Debone and Hand Cutter roles; training is provided up to 8 weeks. Candidates must meet safety rules, lift 40+ lbs, stand 8–10 hours, wear PPE, and may need to climb stairs.

Qualifications

• Follow safety rules and wear PPE (ear protection, hair net, beard guard).
• Able to push/pull/carry/lift 40+ lbs where required.
• Stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Must be able to climb stairs as needed to access work areas.

Responsibilities
