Job summary

Tyson Foods in Grannis, AR is hiring for General Production - Day Shift with start pay of $16.75 per hour plus yield incentive for debone. This role requires overtime, weekend work when needed, and the ability to work in a cold, damp to hot environment.

You will join teams across departments such as First Processing, Packing and Deboning, and contribute to a safe production flow by following Tyson’s safety culture and training programs.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson’s safety culture.
• If you were previously employed at Tyson Foods, there’s a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply.
• Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times are not eligible for rehire.

Responsibilities

• Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Openings may include First Processing, Packing and Deboning.
• Positions require standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing/pulling, gripping, and reaching.
• Positions also require repetitive wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements.
• Some positions require lifting 40 to 70 pounds.
• Work environment can be cold, damp to hot and humid with slippery surfaces.
