Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a supervisor or team lead position within a Fulfillment warehouse.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and the Google Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs; prolonged standing and walking.
• Forklift license is a bonus; bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
• Train new employees on company standards and procedures.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Receiving and storing inventory delivered to the warehouse.
• Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics (SLAs) to the operations leadership.
• Use of scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies.
• Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or missing goods.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
